About the Role

As a Data Analyst within the Children's Business Intelligence team, you'll collect, analyse and report on performance data and key metrics to support a range of programmes and service areas. • Experience working with performance management or business intelligence systems, ideally in a Local Government or other Public Sector organisation. The ideal candidate would have a good knowledge of some or all aspects of Children’s services such as Children’s Social Care, Education and SEND.
  • Strong data analysis skills and the ability to interpret complex information and identify trends.
  • Experience producing clear reports and presenting findings to different audiences. This will include good skills with PowerBI, Excel and ideally with SQL.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and quality.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
