Early Intervention Coordinator

Salary: Grade 12, Ranging from £17,390 - £19,496 per annum.

Contract: Permanent.

Hours: 22.2 Hours a week.

About the Role 

As an Early Intervention Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting communities by identifying emerging needs and delivering proactive solutions. Working closely with council teams, partners and local stakeholders, you'll use insight and data to coordinate timely interventions, strengthen collaboration, and make a real difference to residents' lives.

How You'll Make a Difference 

• Design, deliver and review early intervention strategies to identify and address needs at the earliest opportunity.
• Build strong partnerships and coordinate effective working across Council teams, community organisations and partner agencies.
• Monitor and evaluate interventions, using data and insights to measure impact and drive continuous improvement.
• Champion the needs of individuals and communities, ensuring they inform decision-making and service development.
• Ensure interventions meet legal requirements, Council policies and best practice standards.
• Use data and evidence to identify trends, shape strategy and support service improvements.
• Contribute to corporate initiatives, working groups and organisational development activities that support Council priorities.

What You'll Bring 

• Knowledge of early intervention and community engagement approaches.
• Experience delivering and coordinating early intervention activities.
• Experience building effective partnerships with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Degree in Social Work, Community Development, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational and project management skills.
